How can I place an order?
Find the product you want to purchase and click the “Add To Cart” button. Once you are done choosing your items, click on the cart icon found at the top right-hand corner of your webpage. Can I place my order over the phone?
All orders must be placed online. We cannot place an order over the phone.
I have a Pleasures N’ Treasures coupon code, how do I redeem it?
All coupon codes must be applied to your cart before proceeding to checkout. You will be prompted to enter your coupon code while reviewing your cart. Simply enter your coupon code into the dialog box marked “Coupon Code” and click “Apply Coupon”. Your discount will automatically be applied to your cart’s subtotal. When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment, however delivery times can vary depending on your location. Standard shipping can take 2-7 business days not including weekends or holidays.
Can I cancel my order?
In most instances, your order is processed and shipped within the same day that it is placed. There is therefore no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please order carefully.
How much is shipping?
Canada Post Expedited shipping is free within Canada if your order is over $69 before tax. Shipping rates for orders under $69 and for orders being sent outside of Canada are determined at checkout and based on standard shipping fees. Please note that we only ship within Canada and the United States. If you are interested in ordering any of our products outside of Canada or the US, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
How do you ship?
We ship via Canada Post, Purolator and Canpar. Keep in mind that Purolator does not ship to PO boxes, so any address containing a PO box must be shipped via Canada Post. You will be sent a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email from our carrier the day your order is shipped. All products are shipped within 24-48 hours as long as it is in stock. We do not ship on weekends.
Discreet shipping is important to me. How will my order look when it arrives?
For orders shipped within Canada: All orders fulfilled by Pleasures N’ Treasures Canada are sent in discreet boxes or bags with no mention of the company name or what is inside. For orders shipped to the United States: Due to customs, we may be obliged to indicate what is in the parcel depending on the destination of the order.
What is your return policy?
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange all intimate toys and products. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part is non-returnable and non-refundable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
